I’m low-key shook.

Maybe it’s because I’m a grumpy old curmudgeon who is suspicious of everything, but I was certain that this would disappoint. Anything healthy that even implies chocolate and I am out. It’s either not healthy or not chocolate and either way, I’m not buying it.

But I’ve been craving cherries all week, so I risked it. I was ready to have this juice taste like cherry medicine – anything to get my stone fruit fox.

But honestly? It’s good! It’s got that genuine cherry flavor and a little bit of chocolaty richness as an aftertaste. It’s not to sweet and not too sour – it’s a really well balanced smoothie experience and (I can’t believe I’m saying this) I liked it. I’d even drink it again.

I just hope this isn’t the start of a smoothie-based lifestyle overhall. I don’t know if I can handle the pressure of the influencer lifestyle. And the wear and tear on the blender would be astronomical! I just can’t risk it. I’ll have to eat some brownies to be safe.
