It’s not a Nordic Christmas without strawberry marshmallow Santas! I actually really like these – they’re cute little marshmallow Santas in little, pink marshmallow Santa suits. They are about the consistency of a circus peanut and have that wonderful artificial strawberry flavor that instantly transports you back to your childhood – like the scene from Ratatouille for those of us raised in the sugar-rich 1990s. There’s nothing about these candies that are good for you, but that’s part of their appeal! Even for the most ardently health-conscious among us, there’s always a little room for some holiday indulgence. At least that’s what I keep telling myself as I reach for a fourth marshmallow Santa.
