I’m a sucker for smaller versions of things – and these are particularly delightful. They taste almost exactly like pancakes with maple syrup – sweet and fluffy and full of maple nostalgia. On these cold, stormy winter days, there’s something so wonderful about being able to reach into your purse for a tiny pancake breakfast.
