110% expected to hate this. It’s a shelf-stable sandwich made of cracker bread and “vegan oat filling.” What’s to like?
But boy, was I wrong: this is 10/10 delicious. It’s basically adult cheese and crackers that you can put in your purse. The filling actually tastes like sour cream and onion flavored cream cheese and combined with the oaty flavor (and fabulous crunch!) of Swedish-style crackers this thing is truly a triumph. I’m sold.
If you’re trekking through Sweden, or (like me) are a slave to your blood sugar, absolutely pick up a few of these for emergency snacks. They’re lightweight, filling, and totally delicious. What’s not to like?
